Montana Greens Prepare to Qualify for 2014 Election Ballot

On November 7, 2012, I emailed a request for an approved petition-signature form from Alan Miller at Helena office of the Montana Sec. of State. It will take time for this request to be processed due to several legal questions about proper procedure and a new signature deadline. The old (March) deadline statute was ruled unconstitutional by a federal district court judge. Anyone interested in gathering signatures, please contact me at wildtr@imt.net. We will need to gather 5,000 signatures to restore statewide ballot status for 2014. Go Greens!
